House Rules – Kas Pitava

Thank you for following these rules and helping us maintain Kas Pitava as a pleasant place for everyone. If you have any questions or concerns during your stay, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Enjoy your stay! 

    • Check-in: From 3:00 p.m. (Early check-in fees apply, see details below).

    • Check-out: By 11:00 a.m. (Late check-out fees apply, see details below).

    • Base night rate: Based on 2 guest, extra guest fee $15 per night.

    • Maximum occupancy: 4 guests, including children.

    • Parties & events: No parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings are allowed.

    • Prohibition of Illegal Activities: Any illegal activities, including but not limited to the use, possession, or distribution of illegal drugs, solicitation of prostitution, or any other unlawful acts, are strictly prohibited on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of the stay without refund and may involve notification to local law enforcement authoritie.

    • Respect the neighbors: Keep noise levels moderate, especially after 10:00 p.m. 🔇

    • No smoking inside: Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas 🚭.

    • Security: Always close doors and windows when leaving the house. 🔒

    • Care for the property: Please keep the house clean and tidy. 🏡

    • Furniture arrangement: Do not move the furniture. If moved, please return it to its original position before check-out.

    • Waste disposal: Dispose of all trash in the designated bins before departure. 

    • Towels & linens: Use responsibly. Do not take them to the beach or use them for spills. 🌊

    • Clean kitchenware: Wash dishes and utensils after use.

    • Food & refrigeration: Do not leave open food outside the refrigerator to avoid attracting insects. 🐜

    • Appliance use: Turn off lights, air conditioning, and appliances when not in use or when leaving the house. 💡

    • Fee: $15 per each additional hour.

    • If early check-in or late check-out exceeds 4 hours, a full night’s rate will be charged.

  • If the house is left in an excessively dirty or messy condition, an additional $60 cleaning fee will apply. This includes:

    • Excessive trash left behind. 🗑️

    • Dishes and kitchenware beyond normal use.

    • Furniture moved and not returned to its original position. 🛋️

    • Major stains on furniture, walls, or carpets. 🧴

    • Damage or misuse of towels and linens. 🛏️
